Description

This stainless steel Polar blast chiller and shock freezer which can chill and freeze large quantities of food in small amounts of time, meaning taste, appearance and nutritional quality of food are preserved. This blast chiller has self closing doors, 70mm of insulation to ensure great thermal efficiency and three GN 1/1 capacity. This shock freezer will chill 12kg of food from and 70°C to -3°C in 90 minutes and freeze 8kg food from and 70°C to -18°C in 240 minutes.
